Marketing Coordinator

Do you have a passion for marketing, beauty, and wellness? If so, then we want you! NEW Lounge is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing projects, as well as assist in general coordinations during events and campaign initiatives.

• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors, on behalf of the brand.

• Organize sponsorship letters, contracts, receipts, and other documents.

• Update and monitor sponsorship master list.

• Support marketing managers and executives on projects such as developing marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and in collecting and interpreting marketing analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications or any related courses.

• Has basic photography or videography skills for taking behind the scenes and backup documentation during events, or other marketing initiatives.

• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace and Canva.

• Amenable to report at the head office in Alabang, Muntinlupa every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and during events/shoots.
