Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and job offers.

  • Conduct onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring proper orientation to company policies, culture, and values.

  • Maintain and update employee files and records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Process payroll and ensure accurate computation of salaries, deductions, and government-mandated contributions (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).

  • Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, leave credits, and other perks.

  • Handle government reporting requirements like SSS R3, PhilHealth RF1, and Pag-IBIG monthly contributions.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  • Foster a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to address employee issues fairly.

Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining the performance appraisal system.

  • Support team leaders and managers in performance reviews and evaluations.

  • Provide guidance on employee development plans and career progression.

Compliance and Legal Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and other DOLE regulations.

  • Maintain and file government-mandated documents and certifications (e.g., Annual BIR 2316).

  • Assist in handling disciplinary actions, terminations, and legal concerns, ensuring proper documentation.

HR Administration

  • Update and maintain HRIS systems and employee databases.

  • Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, attrition rates, and recruitment updates.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, updating them as needed.

Others 

  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback for process improvements.
