The Lash Doll Prep Guide:

• Please be on time. We only allow a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that, your slot will be offered to waitlisted clients.

• Do not wear any eye makeup or curl your natural lashes. Contact lenses are also not allowed; you will be asked to remove them prior to the procedure.

• Do not get eyelash extensions if you had a lash perm/lift in the past 2 months.

• A waiver will be asked to sign before the procedure if you are pregnant or lactating.

*Please take note that we only retouch lashes previously done by NEW Lounge and that we can only repair lashes within 72 hours of your session. Should you find your new lashes unsatisfactory, please have them fixed within your session. Any dissatisfaction concerns after your session will no longer be entertained.
