Customer Service Representative

  • Must be a college graduate

  • With a pleasing personality

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Must be a proactive problem-solver

  • Can work unsupervised and under pressure

  • Patient, dedicated and customer-oriented

  • Customer service or BPO experience is a plus.

  • Home- based, but will report to the office once or twice a week.

  • Willing to go on a night shift or shifting schedule. 

  • Willing to undergo training.

  • 20-40 years old
